My research focuses on youth, schools, and communities, using quantitative analysis, qualitative coding, and youth participatory research.
Research Experience
Sociocultural Contexts and Identities Lab, UVA
Context of Reception study. Synthesized 100+ articles and analyzed data in SPSS. Presented a poster at the 2025 Hunter Student Research Conference.
R-CITY & Coping Rural Power, UVA
Used Qualtrics, classroom observation, and qualitative coding, and contributed to a mental health curriculum.
Youth Action Lab, UVA
Youth Participatory Action Research at an alternative school, including focus groups and analytic memos.
